• There are a few documents (Chinese and German) listed at the bottom of the Other documentation page at the R-project site
• There are a few non-English books (German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish) on the Books page at R-project.
• There is a fairly hefty set of contributed non-English documentation in the contributed documentation section on CRAN (different from the one on R-project!)

(by which we mean using R with non-English character sets, etc. –locales–, and translation of R menus and messages into other languages)

• Translation information in the R developer section (http://developer.r-project.org/Translation.html) and (http://developer.r-project.org/TranslationTeams.html)
• Look also at information about internationalization in the R Installation and Administration manual...

We plan for the future to add implementations of the R Wiki in different languages. It will not be a copy of the English R Wiki, translated in other languages (although, if there are volunteers...), but different sections dedicated to writing R documentation in other languages than English.
